As a chambers we are committed to clinical governance. We are aware that freelance GPs can become isolated and miss out on the clinical support and feedback of their peers; avoiding this was the real motivation for setting up the chambers.

We have an internal chambers meeting on alternate months at one of our houses, where we share clinical experiences, discuss significant events, and provide mutual support.

We also arrange a bi-monthly consultant speaker meeting that is open to all sessional GPs in the area - if you would like to attend please let our Chamber's Manager know.

Appraisal/Revalidation Package

We have a package for our members, which combines Multi Source Feedback from practices that the doctor has worked for, a list of meetings attended, a list of that year’s positive feedback and significant events.

Feedback Forms

We also have a system for practices to feedback directly to Pallant Medical, for consultants to feedback on referrals made, and also for the members to feedback on practices for whom they’ve worked.
