It's a tough job, but someone has to do it. Jeanne has been with us since 2004 and has the job of ensuring all our Pallanteers' surgery invoices go out on time and are paid within two weeks. Most invoices are paid within a few days by the practice directly into our Pallanteers' bank accounts. But if paid by cheque, Jeanne and her husband Brian make at least three trips to the banks each week to make sure our members are paid without delay.

And as for Forms A and B, Jeanne and Brian also do everything required here too, and post these to our members ready for them to write their cheques and forward them on to the NHS pensions people.

In their spare time, Jeanne and Brian love walking and cycling. In recent years they have enjoyed travelling to the Middle East but now prefer France and Switzerland.
