Dr Sim qualified at Aberdeen University in 1988, and finished his GP training in Inverness in 1992. After working in New Zealand for over a year, he returned to enhance his skills by doing further posts in obstetrics/gynaecology (Glasgow), paediatrics (Kidderminster), and palliative care (Myton Hospice, Warwick). He has also had a few months at being a student again while studying tropical medicine in Liverpool. He has been doing freelance GP work since 1996, initially in Birmingham, and then moved to Chichester in 2002 to be nearer the sea. Kitesurfing and skiing are his main hobbies. He and his partner Louise are to be found at West Wittering or Hayling on most windy days that they are not at work (as long as it's not too cold!).

I studied Pre Clinical Medical Science at The University of St Andrews, followed by Clinical Medicine at The University of Cambridge (Magdalene College), graduating in 2002. I qualified as a GP in 2007 completing the General Practice Vocational training Scheme in the Scottish Borders. In 2007 my husband and I moved to Hampshire. I initially worked as a Freelance GP before becoming a salaried GP. Over the last ten years I have worked as a salaried GP in both city and rural settings, in a mix of large and small practices. I have been Safeguarding Lead, Learning disability Lead and Vulnerable Adult Lead for 6 years. I embrace a career as a general practitioner, working as a valuable member of as team. I also feel fully enabled to commit to complex decisions independently, providing a high standard of care to patients of all ages. I have a specialist interest in medicine for the elderly and vulnerable adults. As a wife and mother of two teenage children my life is full of adventure and moves quickly. I am deeply committed to my family, my profession and my faith. I love exploring the local countryside with our Sproodle puppy Berwick, I am a keen painter and an avid book reader of well researched historical fiction. I enjoy both classical and contemporary music and hope at an appropriate point in the future to learn to play the piano.

After I qualified from Leeds University in 2000 I spent five years training in acute medicine in Bradford teaching hospital, with a short stint in New Zealand. I then joined the GP training scheme in Leeds. Since qualifying as a GP in 2008 I have worked as a salaried GP, then a locum GP in Portsmouth and London, before relocating back to Portsmouth. My medical interests include dermatology, sexual health and medical education. I have gained post graduate qualifications in these three areas. When not working I enjoy long walks with my Labrador and spending time with my family and friends over good food. I enjoy travelling and have been lucky enough to recently accompany my husband on a posting to India where I was able to practise the benefits of Yoga and learn about the benefits of holistic medicine.

I qualified from Bangalore University, India in 2002 following which I did my Masters in Radiology from Romania before coming to UK. I finished my surgical training for 3 years and then decided to choose general practice as career path and completed my GP training in Portsmouth. I worked as a salaried GP and Partner in the Portsmouth and Gosport area for 3 years before becoming a freelance GP in 2015. My special interests include surgery, diabetes and men's health. I am married with a son. My special interests include running, cycling, travelling and photography.

After graduating from Barts and the London School of Medicine I completed my foundation training in South West London (Kingston and Epsom/St Helier), continuing as a trust grade doctor at Kingston. I remained in Kingston and Roehampton for my GP training, working as a salaried GP after completion of training in 2021. GP remains the last true generalist specialty and I hope to continue broadening my skills and interests, currently focusing on dermatoscopy, and lifestyle medicine. I enjoy ultimate frisbee, cycling and I am hoping to take advantage of the Hampshire coast and learn to sail.

I completed foundation training in Manchester, joined the core medical training programme at Hammersmith Hospital before completing GP training in Kent. Since then I have spent several years working in remote communities in Scotland, which has allowed me to develop my skills in urgent care, as well as ongoing and holistic care for patients. I moved back to England in 2018 to work as a GP locum. I have an interest in urgent and emergency care from sore throats to road traffic accidents, and have recently been confirmed as a BASICS responder via the Scottish scheme. I have also developed skills in palliative care through previous work at a hospice and my work in the community. When I'm not working, I'm likely to be found outdoors with a camera preparing for my next exhibition or heading out to the sea for surfing, swimming or sailing.

I graduated from Imperial College of Medicine in 2001, having joined Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in 1995. I joined the RAF in 2003, as a general surgical trainee, and left in 2009 to pursue a career in general practice. I completed my GP training in Southampton in 2012, and since then have worked as a partner and locum. I supervise GP trainees in the out of hours setting, and I also work for the Acute Visiting Service in Portsmouth. I have a specialist interest in contraception and women's health. I enjoy ski touring and running.
