Powered by Pallant

Powered by Pallant offers you an alternative option to our full Pallant package.

It gives you the flexibility to utilise all of the great processes we have developed over the years while retaining some of your own processes such as your own Clinical & Educational needs.

Working in Chambers means you’ll be part of the Pallant team with a great reputation and reduced isolation.

Our Powered by Pallant package allows you to:

  • Choose how many sessions you do.
  • Choose how many patients you see each session.
  • Choose what parameters you want to work in eg how far you want to travel, start times, which practices you want to work at etc.
  • Choose how much you want to charge a practice.
  • Choose how much holiday you want to take.
  • Choose NOT to provide “on call” sessions.

All you need to do, is arrive at the surgery, see your patients, leave and we’ll take care of all the bookings, invoicing and pension forms for you.

For 5 days a week, 10 hours a day, you will have access to:

A friendly and supportive administration and booking team who will:

  • Liaise with your practices on your behalf.
  • Promote your rates and availability.
  • Build up a good relationship with local practices.
  • Provide you with door name plates, name badges and profiles so you stand out from other locums.

Use of all our system tools.

  • Your own google calendar and google mail account.
  • Your own profile portal.
  • Templates for clinical issues, complaints and significant events.

Other benefits:

  • You’ll be able to set your rates competitively.
  • Because the practice isn’t charged for any additional fees, they are encouraged to book you rather than use an agency.
  • You will get a discount on your MPS rate and a discount on Appraisal and Revalidation with Fifteen Fish - we’ll also fund your patient survey.
  • If you bring a new practice to Pallant you will not pay any fees at this practice for 12 months and get 1st priority to work there.
  • Pallant will market your free sessions to existing surgeries on a regular basis.
